The co-operation launched between KFA Architects + Planners and Vinum Tokaj Canada Inc. is a real positive and inspiring example of how the Hungarian wines can strengthen the Canadian-Hungarian business relations.
KFA was among the first companies who ordered Hungarian wine packages as corporate gifts for their colleagues and business partners in 2014. The positive feedback and satisfaction is indicated also by their decision to choose the Tokaji Wine Boutique Restaurant for their year-end Christmas corporate event venue in December 2015 with the aim to get acquainted with some new Hungarian wines, too.
Guests appeared on the event - mainly Canadian designers and engineers - were greeted by Sándor Balla, Vinum Tokaj Canada’s Chairman and Kregg Fordyce, KFA’s owner.
Sommelier Joseph Safian was in charge of the food and wine pairing as well as the wine presentation during the five-course Hungarian-style dinner. Thus it was presented and offered for tasting the Dry by Tokaj and Mad Furmint supplied by Mad Wine Ltd., the Bock Winery’s Bock&Roll, and also from Tokaj, a late harvest sweet wine, the Katinka from Patricius Winery. During the presentation and dinner participants showed great interest towards the Hungarian wine regions and wines.
The continuation of co-operation between the two companies was confirmed by another order placed for a new Hungarian "Wines of Excellence" wine package shipment.
